This Level III Directors’ Academy will continue to explore the research-based model for effective special education administration leadership as developed by Dr. William Bryan from the Center for Secondary School Redesign (CSSR) over the past two years. Working in conjunction with NHASEA Dr. Bryan has developed a model for practitioners to review their present level of performance, analyzing their Knowledge, Skills and Talents (KSTs) compared with this research-based model.
