NHASEA is committed to helping our experienced members with their biggest challenges. This year we invite experienced special education administrators to join us as we address and explore the topics that are most important to you! Level III Academy will take on a new format by creating a reflective learning network that fosters professional growth, engages participants in reflective dialog and collaborative work. There will be 5 days dedicated to Level III Academy, each based on the National School Reform Protocol: “Consultancy Dilemmas.” Participants will be required to bring forward problems of practice or dilemmas on topics that are impacting special education leaders. Participants will have the opportunity to tap the expertise of the group, offer suggestions, resources and experienced based responses to the problem of practice or dilemma. As needed content experts will be available to assist in providing guidance and in-depth information to the group.

Consider joining a network of experienced special education administrators, who will:

  • Dig deeply into topics identified by the group
  • Learn to use the consultancy model to structure all conversations
  • Look closely at common challenges and analyze information/date presented
  • Share knowledge and resources with one another
  • Engage in reflective dialogue and collaborative work
